We are a telemedicine company that provides you with virtual access to the board-certified doctors and nurse practitioners from the comfort of your own home through the use of your smartphone.

HealthReach is most appropriate for non-emergency medical issues that you would
typically visit your primary care provider or urgent care clinic for. Some of the most common conditions we treat are ear infections, headache, insect bites, malaria, mild fever, pink eye, skin rash, upset stomach, and urinary tract infections.

At HealthReach we use the latest research and technology to treat only the
conditions that are appropriate for virtual care. Through secure video or voice call, we endeavor to simulate your experience in a doctor’s office, but with more convenience. Our licensed providers will review your medical history and the reason for your visit prior to each encounter and will use that information to guide the medical consultation.

The foundation of our success is the quality of our healthcare providers. Our
providers are medically trained, board-certified doctors and nurse practitioners who have gone through rigorous training and credentialing. Prior to each visit, you are able to review the profiles of our healthcare providers and select the provider of your choice.

Absolutely. One of the final steps prior to your consultation is selecting your
preferred provider.

The cost of a medical visit is N5,500. No hidden or ongoing costs.

Each visit includes a diagnosis, customized treatment plan and recommended
medications (if necessary) from one of our healthcare providers.

Prescriptions are entirely based on the medical judgment of our providers. If they determine that it is medically necessary, they will provide the prescription write-up required for pickup at your local pharmacy.

The medical recommendation for a prescription (if necessary) is included but the
cost of the medication is not included. That is to be paid upon pickup at your local pharmacy.

At HealthReach we take security very seriously. All of your data is kept totally
private and fully encrypted on the servers. You determine who can see the information in your record.

HealthReach is designed to handle non-emergent medical problems. Some of the

We are currently unable to prescribe controlled substances at his time.
